How to find your training size

Three measurements, one minute: how to choose the right size for jackets, joggers and goalkeeper gloves.

Getting the size right first time saves you a return. You need a soft tape measure and a minute.

Tops and jackets

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, with the tape under your arms and flat across your back. Compare it with the chest column in our size guide.

Joggers

Measure your natural waist (the narrowest part) and your hips at the fullest point. If the two point to different sizes, go by your hips.

Goalkeeper gloves

Wrap the tape around your hand just below the knuckles, without the thumb. That measurement in centimetres maps straight to a glove size.
