Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every order placed on luvosports.com, operated by LŪVO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you accept them.

Products and prices

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where it applies. Colours can look slightly different on screen. We may correct obvious pricing errors before we ship; if we do, we will contact you first and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is unexpectedly out of stock, in which case you are refunded in full.

Personalised items

Names and numbers are printed exactly as entered. Please check spelling before you pay. Personalised items are made for you and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store card numbers.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates from our couriers. Risk passes to you on delivery. For international orders, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Promotional codes

Codes must be entered at checkout, cannot be combined unless stated and cannot be applied after an order is placed.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE law.
