Shipping

• United Arab Emirates: AED 25, free over AED 200, 1–3 working days.
• GCC: AED 60, free over AED 500, 3–6 working days.
• Rest of the world: AED 95, free over AED 750, 5–10 working days.

Orders placed before 2 pm (GST) on a working day ship the same day. You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships, and you can follow it on the Track your order page.

Returns

Changed your mind? Return unworn items with their original tags within 14 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.

• Email support@luvosports.com with your order number and the items you are returning.
• We reply with the return address and, in the UAE, can arrange a courier collection.
• Refunds go back to the original card within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

Exceptions

• Personalised items (names and numbers) cannot be returned unless faulty.
• For hygiene reasons, worn goalkeeper gloves cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, including delivery.
